After years travelling all over England watching Bolton play in all 4 divisions,watching Bolton in Europe is about as good as it going to get,so paying ?33 for a ticket to play a team in 1 of the best leagues in the world,in the last 32 of the UEFA Cup,hardly seems excessive.Enjoy it while we can.First of all lets beat Fulham next Tuesday.

I agree,as soon as i saw the formation i feared the worst,dont like to see 4-5-1 at home,looked like damage limitation,how many times gid Megson indicate to the midfield players not to go up front to support the attacking play.

i thought Dioufy played like a trooper,unlike J Lloyd who looked like he couldnt be arsed!

In reply to my question,the dates have not been confirmed yet by UEFA for the 1st Round of UEFA cup so it could all be changed yet,.

Are you sure about those dates Hutch,ive been looking all day today and yesterday to try and find dates for 1st Round,31 of us are booked to go to Benidorm on Oct 4th,ivejust tried again on UEFA .com and still no dates.Cheers Mate

Happy ,that was a very stiff upper lip and get on with it answer,but i agree with you all tickets have gone and it doesnt lok like were getting any more.I only hope that BWFC think more carefully next time about how to allocate tickets for big matches O:)

Recieved this today in reply to my letter to him on Monday,"thanks for your letter and despite the situation regarding the O.M ticket allocation i can understand your frustration.The club has recieved an allocation of 2800 for the away leg in marseille.This is the allocation that O.M.always offer to opposition clubs for european games.We have been told by O.M.that they are unable to offer anymore tickets due to segregation issues ai Stade Velodrome.Officials from Bolton are now lobbying O.M.about ways of trying to increase the allocation,so we can try to satisfy every supporter who has applied.This may prove to be unfruitful,but we feel obliged to try and obtain additional tickets for supporters in a secure area of the stadium.I also want to make it clear that no tickets are given to our official travel partner to sell as part of a package.All tickets are made available to supporters who have applied through the appropriate channels.The procedure of offering tickets is a fair system and unfortunatly on some occasions,like this match,we have recieved more applications then tickets.It is frustrating that we are unable to offer tickets to every applicant,but unfortunatly it is beyond the clubs control.I do understand your frustrations and i hope this clarifies the position the club is facing in respect of this fixture Yours Sincerely,Daniel Reuben" Make of this what you will Comrades.

I dont know why ive been so surprised by the lack of information being given out publicly by the ticket office,i put a topic out yesterday and i mentioned that they had told me that we would sell all the tickets before all season ticket holder applications had been dealt with,why wasnt this info in last nights B.E.N,still i can remember being at Millwall on a sunday when coca cola cup final tickets went on sale, also being at aston villa when BWFC sold the entire allocation of chelsea tickets(the last game of the season that if we had won would have kept us up).

Zozzy,that wasnt very nice,my feelings are beyond hurt [-( [-( [-( .Normally though i would agree with you but sadly for me on this occasion one of the sothern softies is my brother!just got back from reebok as you now know and like i said yesterday the away leg is sold out,i asked how many tickets stayed internal but that was unknown to the man on the desk.When i said that i had allready booked flights and digs for 8 of us but only had 3 tickets he said that i should have waited for the tickets to arrive before booking anything!I then reminded him of Bulgaria and the shambles the ticket situation was then,no tickets till week of game,if i sound bitter its just that im pissed off for the lads without a ticket but still remain hopefull of people dropping out and us being able to get tickets.End of sermon :-#

No over reaction im afraid BWFC informed me that tickets wouldnt reach open sle and if i re applied for tickets or waited for a while and try to purchase the tickets that were left over from season ticket applications there was no point due to the fact that all those that have allready applied and who are season ticket holders wouldnt get tickets due to small allocation,i was also told that undr no circumstances would we be getting any more tickets for the game ,something to do with the police not having enough men to cover any more away fans which is hard to believe seeing that the ground holds 60,000.

BWFC just rang me up and informed me that i can only have 5 of the 8 tickets i had asked for,even though most of the [-X 8 of us have been to all away uefa matches,2 of the lads live and work in London and the other 1 who didnt get a ticket works off shore so arnt season ticket holders ,i tried to explain this to BWFC ticket office i also sent off all our vouchers for all the uefa games that we had been to,but this doesn,t count.If anybody from wanderers ways finds out that they cant go to Marseille and have a ticket please could they let me know so that i can find a good home for it.Once again BWFCs allocation methods are a shambles..
