Good idea. That should sort it. Not necessary though They all became so frustrated that they saw the light and fucked off into the private sector.

Is the right answer. š

Possibly. But, I will repeat, that is not what Winchester White said, is it? We haven't had a functioning NHS in the UK since the 1970's, if not earlier. So you can tar every Government, of every persuasion, with the brush of failure, if that's what floats your boat. A number of my relatives and friends have worked in the NHS since the early 1980's, mainly in middle management. I'm sure that many other posters on here have similar experiences. They are overwhelmingly scathing of the incompetence, waste and Spanish practices endemic in the NHS. They say that it all stems from weaknesses in middle and senior management in the organisation. They don't believe any government has the courage, knowledge or experience to turn the NHS ship around. But hey! Bastard Tories eh?

That's not what he said though, was it?

So, Bolty spouts shite, says the man who declares that the UK had a functioning NHS 14 years ago. Fucking hell. š¤£

I hope the fucking rags don't get him.

And, in other newsā¦ Manchester United are still shite. New era my arse. š¤£

Actually itās deliberately worded to sell this shite rag over the other shite rags that dwell at the bottom of this pool. The headline writer and the journalist are, invariably, different people. The Sun is a disgraceful rag. I wouldnāt wipe my arse on it.

My brother has just phoned me. It happened about two rows in front of him. Doesn't sound good. ā¹ļø

They donāt like it up āem!

It all depends on two things. How good a transfer window will we have, in comparison to our competitors? Which club will embark on a good run over the next three months? That happens every season. No reason why it canāt be us. I reckon weāre on for automatic promotion. Not sure if weāll top the table.

A win's a win. Even when we get it as scrappy as that. COYWM! Merry Christmas.

I hate watching a game where I want both teams to lose.

I was lucky to attend every England game of the Euro 1996 tournament - hosting hospitality for my then companyās top UK and European customers and suppliers. Absolutely fantastic memories. Thanks Tel. RIP.

You're getting him mixed up with Mussolini there, Spider. Easy mistake to make, I suppose. Just for clarity, Hitler was the one with the dodgy moustache and comb over combo. Mussolini was the one with the baldy head and jutting jawline. And, before anyone dives in, Benito didn't actually improve the performance of Italian railways. It's an oft-quoted urban myth. š

Iām loving every minute of their descent into chaos. š

Despite the Sky pundits trying to convince me otherwise I have come to the conclusion that this United side is fucking shite. š¤£

Birmingham City fan forums are making interesting reading this morning. Many of them screaming for Rooneyās head already. After two games. Lovely. š

Great day out for my annual (unless Iām lucky) visit. Had a cracking day out with my brother and a group of friends, followed by a decent nosebag in Lucianoās. Watched the first half of the rugby at my brotherās and got back to Northamptonshire just after midnight. Just been talking to a good pal of mine from Northampton who travelled up for the game. He reckoned that, for the first 40 minutes, we were the best team heād seen in the division in three years. For the rest of the game he said āwe looked like all the other shite in the divisionā. Hard to argue with that.

Iām coming up for the game from Northamptonshire for this one. Not part of the Shoe Army though obviously. Meeting our kid and some friends. Looking forward to it. 2-0.
