Stockport County - Play Off Final - 24th May
Trains sorted for three of us in Standard Premium courtesy of Club Avanti. Better at loyalty points than BWFC 😅 General consensus is middle tier for the sake of 4 quid extra than lower tier

Bradford Away - 2nd Leg Thursday 14th May
Just got back. Mega, that. Controlled the tie superbly. Wasn’t sure about Rodrigues going off so early but all worked out in the end. Johnston and Tutu have taken some stick but they were both magnificent tonight, amongst others. That save from Bonham….wow WanderersWays royalty on show. Good to see @Traf @gonzo @Marc505 @Steejay @Eddie and any number of others!

Last one to Manchester is 11 o’clock I think so a bit tight but achievable

You did well. First started spotting with rain as soon as we got off the train at Halifax and then an absolute deluge of hail and rain. Vocation tap room is our next stop funnily enough.

Fucking hell they don’t half do rain differently here. Piss wet through.

Also opens up the possibility of Hibs finishing fourth and an automatic route in to Europe. But I can assure you that this is all entirely coincidental 😅

If at some point he didn’t refer to us having to avoid being snookered then he should quit broadcasting immediately

This is a better angle that ironically had we still had those officials behind the goal they might have spotted real-time (watermark shows it isn’t AI or whatever) Unnatural position, I’d say Completely agree VAR is shite, and if anything referees are spotting less things. Even I’ll admit it was ridiculous that play continued for a good while after the goalkeeper handball in the Edinburgh derby the other week when really it should have been spotted real time Wife was sat directly behind the VAR monitor on the halfway line that day so could lip read the referee speaking to the actual VAR official and said it was just ridiculous how lengthy a conversation it was for what should have been “has the keeper handled it outside of the area”

League One Playoffs 2026
City playing for the title should trim the Stockport numbers, be reet. Plus we’ll be going Standard Premium and the scruffy twats won’t be looking for those.

Stayed in the one in Bridgend and it was spot on, albeit a good few years ago now Lack of ones in EFL towns though- Bradford Away - 2nd Leg Thursday 14th May

Put £60 on us to qualify for the final at 4/6 before the first leg. I suppose I could put a few quid on Bradford qualifying and then it lessens the overall risk, but if we didn’t get there then I’d already be up anyway with how much the final would cost.- Bradford Away - 2nd Leg Thursday 14th May
Seen Jon Rev perform live in a tent on a driveway in Atherton on the Friday night before the Plymouth game at Wembley- Todays Games
A lad who used to work for me is a mad Rochdale fan and got his dream job working there a few months ago, buzzing for him- Bradford Home - 1st Leg Saturday 9th May

Usually works really well as they come over just before you finish your pint ready to take payment for your next one but they couldn’t keep up last night- Bradford Home - 1st Leg Saturday 9th May
Think it depends on where you sit as on the far side it was taking ages for drinks to arrive (though food was rapid). We reserved a table of 6 but ended up split over two tables and had to down our last pints because they took over 25 minutes to arrive. Genius, that.- Bradford Home - 1st Leg Saturday 9th May
Real battling performance considering there wasn’t the easy route of hitting Dalby up top or sticking it in the channels for Kenny. Goal was up there with best limbs at the Reebok. Nam Ploy absolutely chocker pre match, we really do need a proper pub up there. EFL finance bods check the reporting so it absolutely will have been the correct crowd. Odd empty seats were all over the place and it soon mounts up.- Bradford Away - 2nd Leg Thursday 14th May
Take the cups out and then there’s a good argument for not including play offs which understandably I’d be very much against 😂 - Wetherspoons Hotels , Has anyone stayed ?
