The problem nowadays at t'Reebok is that the most vocal noise comes from the idiots and not the real fans.
We don't make the Reebok a place for opposing players to fear but, to the contrary, visiting temas will be drilled to know that if they keep us quiet for half hour or so, the groans and moans start and then the home players feel the pressure more.
Any professional knows that increased pressure typically has a detrimental effect.
And it always so extreme at home - a pass upfield after 5 minutes that doesn't hit its target exactly and the groaners move up a gear. It is, as Zozzy so rightly puts it, an embarrassment and only acts to help the opposition gain confidence.
It is about time that the fans with the best interests of the club at heart started to deal with the increasing number of numbnuts who give the club its poor image and atmosphere by getting behind every player and drowning out the moaners, etc
Because we know the moaning majority (as it seems now) will not be there when we go down yet they will have played a massive part in dismantling the strength the club has created over the last 7 years or so.
And none of the above should be affected whether one likes, dislikes or tolerates Gary Megson.
