BWFC v Aston Villa
I'll just bring some barm cakes and crisps and eat crisp buttys, assuming my tickets arrive. I wouldn't mind but I bought a season corporate ticket and still don't know whether I will be allowed in next week

BWFC v Aston Villa
Still waiting for the corporate seats I paid for months ago, you normally get your tickets 1 month before the match, same with Brentford as well

I'm not panicking yet, bassini and his consortium will have to prove funds (as in the PDF above), KA has tp rpove to a judge that the Bas consortium can complete, knowing full well that there is already a consortium, who have met KA's original price, and can complete very quickly. KA has all the work to do know to explain the adjournment. That would be my guess, as to get a further adjournment you have to prove there is just need for it, he has already missed one timeline after assuring the court they could complete in two weeks

It sounds like a stalling tactic to me, challenging the "ownership" is an attempt to delay the inevitable. I can't believe that 1) ED wouldn't have made the deal with KA watertight, and 2) The people interested have to much knowledge and experience to have made a mistake, especially when dealing with someone who has past history. We shall see

EFL Articles Appendix 3 In the articles they have this as an explanation in regards to conviction (thus disqualifying someone becoming an owner) ‘Conviction’ means a formal finding made by a court of competent jurisdiction that a person is guilty beyond reasonable doubt of a criminal offence, whether that finding was made before or after these Rules came into effect, and whether or not that finding is considered to be final pending resolution of any appeal against that finding. The word ‘Convicted’ shall be construed accordingly. My understanding is that Bassini is currently challenging a conviction that he owes a friend some rental money, so in my mind, the EFL cannot allow him to become an owner/director due to the above. I may be clutching at straws, but it seems faily explanatory

Not knowing the terms and conditions I cannot be wholely accurrate, however, the Bassini and other "buyers" feels like the last throw of the dice on his account. He has known the firm offer from "Howards" information for around 9/10 days, so he obviously has been trying for a better return, however, the only firm offer on the table is that one, so he will ultimately capitulate sometime Mon/Tues, or he loses control of the sale

Not sure he has any options, he agreed to the terms of the loan, and he has been informed in the relevant time in regards to what happens if we aren't sold by end of business April 2nd, when he loses control of the sale

"Bassini said there was an “ongoing police investigation” into matters related to his fall from grace, one he was confident would ultimately clear his name. " With that statement, he fails the fit and proper test as denoted by the EFL in their articles

My gut tells me Bassini will be in the same position as the Basran group, saying you have the money, then actually proving it is all there and readily available is another, Bassini's past history shows he doesn't have such funds

So, Bassini, who is relatively new on the scene, would have to provide full proof of all financial guarantees, as to whether he can afford to pay for the club. THis would take some time, i'm doubtful this will all be done by the 2nd. And if it isn't fully complete by then, Ken loses?

IF Nixon is right, the EFL will have ALOT of explaining to do, letting one ex bankrupt own a club and then sell to another. Their whole fit and proper tests will be null and void, and I suspect this would have further ramifications, I guess this is just journo's going off on the wrong tangent

Bassini has apparently "found" some money, I'm suggesting he must have one huge couch where hejust checked down the back of it, and found these millions, as am not sure what buyer would want him in a consortium with his checkered record

I'm not sure where any anti anderson sentiment comes from. Having worked in the City, and still have links with a few people there, my opinion was based on Andersons past history and misdemeanors, I personally have no gripe with him, but I was worried what would happen when he came on board, and kept mentioning his disqualification, and his other negative dealings with football clubs
