  1. Any transfer news?
  2. Nixon mentioned the fallout is between manager and director of football, we don't have a dof......Stoke do, and look how much they have spent and on who
  3. on a side note, if anyone uses a nintendo Wii, I also have the LG pc drive you use to copy the games
  4. if it is macrovisiosn, you can use an analog-to-USB Computer Capture Device, I did this quite a few years ago, I may still have the device in my old TV, video copying box of crap, that I haven't gotten round to throwing out yet
  5. Was that the one where we had four different types of weather on the open end?
  6. some I typed and some I found on transfer net injuries, and some from other sites, I'm not sure what your point is? The lad has had the same injuries near enough for the last couple of years, would you want to risk money on him?
  7. I don't use chat gpt, i'm to old for modern research
  8. On Sam Nombe, these are the reasons I wouldn't sign him: August – October 2025: Suffered a serious injury just two games into the 2025/2026 campaign that sidelined him for over two months. Sam Nombe has a notable history of hamstring and muscle injuries throughout his career. His most significant recent setbacks include missing several months early in the 2025/2026 League One season with severe hamstring and quad issues November – December 2025: Picked up a quad injury shortly after returning to action, forcing him to miss further matches. March 2022: Missed substantial time due to a hamstring injury sustained during his spell at Exeter City. December 2021: Sustained a major hamstring tear that ruled him out for the double-digit weeks of the season. His hamstring and Quads have a regular habit of keeping him out of the squad
  9. I know no one has signed as yet, however, it is great to see we are trying to do some business before the world cup starts, when transfer activity tends to slow down
  10. Total has had a hamstring issue since the start of the year, sounds like it may have finally gone on him
  11. Wanderersways, group hug section for the universe

The only thing I really worry about, is our inability to adapt to tactical issues. Prime examples we could not handle their corners all match, they didn't change the tactic, and we didn't seem to change how we handled them. There have been a couple of matches this season like this. Apart from that, the playoffs are a lottery, i just hope we have bought the right ticket this time
  13. We used to call them Sweeney Todd pies
  14. If anything, a lincoln win would be better. Cardiff look like they still can slip up unlike Lincoln, and if Lincoln win there and then we go there and beat Cardiff, that would be a 6 point swing in our favour......assuming they don't draw

We should have had a penalty when it was nil nil, replays showed it was a penalty.
  16. Anyone mentioned Hull v Leeds and Hull v Middlesbrough? These has both be pretty bad over the years
  17. Good people there, I always donate things they can sell easily, I have a once used panasonic blu ray player that I'm taking to their shop, you can't get that in a bucket unfortunately

  20. I can give you a 14 letter word for yesterday.......accomplishedly. Which to me sums up how we set up and played yesterday
  21. I fully understand what you are all saying about tactics, but that first half today was down to players switching off, not covering and missing tackles and losing the ball in important areas of the pitch, that isn't down to tactics, that's down to the players....but also SS does need to figure out how to get this team to play away from home
  22. Defensively embarrassing
  23. It's interesting that all our strikers are out of form. You'd normally have one but none of the strikers look like scoring at the moment
  24. They could be classy, and offer a badge that your mum/wife/ can sew on to our football top....or even better, our jeans
  25. I'm waiting for FIFA to announce you also get a free key chain, just to make the offer better
