  1. Massive goal that stays a draw & Celtic needed to win by 3 or 4. Now it’s just a win. Looked a pen with his hand jumping towards the ball, but they’re never given without VAR. Gutted but I just can’t see Hearts doing it. Momentum with Celtic now. The consolation in it all is Rangers have crumbled yet again . Incredible drama. Much more enjoyable than the PL is currently.
  2. Hope so Really looking forward to watching it Motherwell only gone & scored as I’m typing this. Changes everything for Saturday if it stays this way
  3. Totally out of the blue - but that la Liga relegation scrap is something else. Not seen a table like that for a while
  4. I’m yet to meet a teacher who tries to force any of their political views onto children. I’m sure the odd ones do exist. But the way some people ramble on you’d think it was a widespread issue. Folk just love to stir shit up.
  5. What are you rambling on about now?
  6. Another whopper from the lad
  7. I know 😂 whilst the government puts it appeal through I’ve already said that You’d like to think common sense prevails. As the High Court evidenced, there’s no way they meet the criteria for a terror group. And even if I disagree with them, nobody should be charged under a terror offence for saying they do.
  8. Course I’m against it. I agree with the High Court ruling. I’m surprised that amazes total waste of police time & those being arrested aren’t supporting terrorism. Police should be better used to combat the rise in antisemitic attacks & those actually supporting terrorism. Rather than arresting folk in wooly hats protesting an unlawful proscription.
  9. Aye because that's whataboutery pointing out that those charged with terror offences were done so under a proscription declared unlawful 🤣 how silly of me to point it out. You're going to look a bit of a clown again if the appeal fails and those charges are removed.
  10. It's a fact that the High Court announced the proscription unlawful. There's the facts I'm working with The government have a right to an appeal. Unless they win that then all those 1000s arrested for saying " I support Palestine Action " won't have a terror offence charge on their record. They're not supporting terrorism and I'm pretty sure common sense will prevail on this one. Focus on the actual extremists supporting Iran and other actual terror groups. The ones who actually are a threat to our national security.
  11. So you don't know then 😂 I agree though - Starmer out. Not sure it will get Labour through the next election though. Can't see anyone other than Reform winning.
  12. haha nah they're great. Loving it without VAR - lots of 50/50 penalty decisions. Refereeing as it should be done in the moment. Football as it be should be.
  13. You're missing a lot of nuance on this one tbf. The vast majority have been arrested for supporting Palestine Action. Whilst I don't agree with the tactics of the group and what those morons did in Bristol. I don't think supporting them is the same as supporting actual terrorists such as Hamas factions or Hezbollah. The High Court recently ruled the government proscription as unlawful - https://gardencourtchambers.co.uk/high-court-rules-proscription-of-palestine-action-unlawful/ Which will likely mean all those arrested will have the charge of supporting a terror group overturned.
  14. Who said Starmer was doing a good job?
  15. Some proper morons coming out the woodwork these days
  16. Nope attending a protest in support of Palestine doesn’t make you a terror supporter There have been extremist elements on the demos, but that doesn’t make everyone else a terror supporter
  17. Showing support for Palestine/protesting against Israel isn’t supporting terrorism some conclusion you’ve reached here
  18. Very odd ‘I don’t like the pro Palestine marches so I’m going to support Israel’s terror campaign’ It’s like condoning two things isn’t possible
  19. No shit 😂 The US has always shielded Israel and been relatively weak in response to their terrorism. Dems have historically done more to target settler movement. Whilst the modern Republicans actively support it. Point is the tide of public opinion is changing in the US. The chance of a government that does more isn't out of the equation. Nah I disagree. I think there is more the UK and Europe can do as well and I think there's some support for the cause.
  20. Like I said its they don't? Interesting sentence there. Even after you went back to edit it 😄 Who knows what a future democratic US government would do. People are seeing Israel for the genocidal regime they are & a different government may apply more pressure. You said sanctions won't work. I'm arguing that the right ones would - it's just whether those who count would implement them. Not happening anytime soon under the Trump administration, but politics moves quickly.
  21. It's an astonishing leap to jump to.
  22. No shit I don't think they will stop it, at least not this one. They reversed all of the previous governments sanctions on settlers which has only led to the situation getting worse. I'm just saying there is a way if the US and Europe wanted to work together to stop them.
  23. US and Europe have plenty potential to do more. Treat them as we do Iran & Russia with the level of sanctions. Complete boycott of all their produce. Threaten military intervention if necessary to protect people in the West Bank. Provide them with military support like we do Ukraine. Of course this can all be stopped when they stop ethnically cleansing Palestinians. Israel is a democracy- so unlike Russia or Iran the electorate may vote out the extremists under the right pressure . A different US government has huge potential to stop settler aggression. It’s just naive to suggest nothing can be done & simply excuses Israel’s behaviour.
  24. I don’t know why we even get surprised by VAR anymore Absolute madness Anyway, fuck Citeh. Arterta deserves a trophy. PSG will still tear them apart though. No doubt VAR will ruin that final at some point as well
  25. Not a clue how he’s jumped to that conclusion
