Tottenham Hotspur are in real danger of having points docked for illegally playing Wilson Palacios in their Premier League clash against Bolton Wanderers yesterday. The Honduran international was serving a ban for his former club Wigan Athletic, and there are rumours that because he played in yesterday's game, legal action should be taken against Spurs. Benfica's Makukula moves to Bolton LISBON, Portugal (AP) -Benfica striker Ariza Makukula is moving to Premier League club Bolton on loan after rejecting a move to West Bromwich Albion. The Lisbon club said in a statement Friday it had agreed to loan the 27-year-old Congo-born player to Bolton for the remainder of the season. The English club will have an option to buy Makukula for 5 million euros (US$6.6 million) at the end of the season. Makukula, who has failed to secure a regular place at Benfica since Spanish coach Quique Flores took over this season, said Thursday he had refused West Brom's contract terms.
