It's been obvious for a good while this, hasn't it ? I often think it looks like the other team have 3 or 4 more players on the pitch at times because we can't find any space. Think we have a talented bunch but lack of pace and power finds us out. We're just slow all over the pitch, easy to close down.

How many times have we lost key players for a number of games by starting them injured (Rico, Sheehan and Toal just now). I don't buy this, well they had to play, argument. Oxford game was a real pressure situation. All business Plymouth game was a free swing really. And after the previous few years, an reason to let all the emotion out. And it showed.

Good points and I'm going to pick out a bit of point 5. You're right to suggest that we are a great draw for a potential manager. Stadium, some real talent in the squad - as unbalanced as I think it is. And the support has been fantastic. 20K plus crowds with what, over 16K season tickets ? The last bit is what I think might make the board sit up and think. Honestly think come renewal time we might see numbers drop as much as 50%. Reading posts since yesterday, it seems we're all pretty much aligned on here. Think the fanbase may be at a tipping point with regard to the manager.

Fear you may be right. Was no cohesion whatsoever in the 2nd half, weirdly until we decided to have a go at 3 down 🤦‍♂️. Cambridge know how to get at us from a few weeks ago. Long balls,long throws and set pieces. Might not be the easy ride some think it will be.

It's like he's completely ignoring the fact that pretty much every successful team going back ages had at least one shithouse/water carrier/out and out grafter type of player in there to do the heavy lifting. One player we're really going to miss for me is Dempsey. I think he brings a lot of energy to the team and runs his blood to water every game. Not saying he's a world beater who will win us games on his own. But he at least gets stuck in. Big miss for me.

It's the ease with which we got brushed aside in those games. We were never in the games at all, never. And we should be better than that. And yes, the players have to take responsibility and should be called out - behind closed doors. But it all begins and ends with the manager.
