Mrs Respectable Has Arrived!

Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen!

My name is Mrs Respectable. It is quite likely you have heard of me if you’ve ever visited the BBC 606 board as I am perhaps the most famous poster on there.

However, I have become tired of sifting through the name calling and childish posts from opposition fans and have decided to join you good people on this fine forum.

For the record, I am a 26 year old female, and have attended all home games and most away games since I was 6. I hope you guys can accept a woman can have opinions about football without resorting to sexist jibes that I’ve heard a million times before on 606.

I am opinionated and sometimes controversial but never boring. I defend my points with vigour but am more than happy to listen to your side of the argument.

I hope you will welcome me to your forum, I look forward to some entertaining topics and banter.

Sorry gemini, are you trickys lover?

I know a lot of you men like a bit of girl on girl action but I can assure you I am not Tricky's lover, I have a lover already - a male one.

Why do you ask?

:-$

Sorry gemini, are you trickys lover?

Im no lesbian Horwich, but i can be if you want me to be :D

Mrs R, Are you from Bolton then? Or are you another one of the reds that can't get tickets for OT like Garrrp?

mrs manc.

rather than boring us with you self obsessed ramblings why not emlighten us on your experiences watching bolton, best experiences, best memories etc etc.

is the smelly frog your gimp ?

i am curious but have not experimented.

First of all Ian, please do not call me a Manc. I was born and brought up in Little Lever. Unfortunately I have to travel to Manchester to work but that hardly makes me a Manc.

But I will humour you seeing as you asked. I have many fond memories of following Bolton Wanderers. Clinching promotion at Wrexham in the late 80’s is one of my earliest and fondest memories…..but who can forget the great cup runs of the 90’s with victories against Liverpool, Arsenal, Everton and Villa. And who could forget Fabian De Freitas and the 4-3 Play-Off win.

The best game I ever saw was a 4-4 draw at Bradford when we equalised in the 21st minute of injury time. Magnificent. Best goal was probably by Jimmy Phillips in the 5-1 mauling of Wolves a few years back. Superb.

Worst memories are perhaps the 3-0 Coca-Cola Cup Semi-Final defeat at Tranmere early in Big Sam’s reign, 2-0 at Chelsea to send us down (I’d paid ??150 for a ticket which made things worse), and the recent 1-0 defeat at home to Rovers will always stick in my throat as I hate Blackburn Rovers more than any other team.

I have many other memories of football in general – Bruce Rioch letting me and my friends into his office at Burnden to shelter from the rain outside, Alan Thompson asking me out, turning down Michael Owen’s attention at a Chester Hotel and Ashley Cole trying to set me up with his best mate who was obviously gay.

Used to go on 606 a while ago and this red ginger's an arsehole.

Anyway this forum's an arsehole too. :-$

MG straight to the point and no stella in me.

Alan Thompson asked every girl out, most said no :D Can't believe you thought Sol Campbell was gay ](*,)

earliest memory ragging wrexham?

earliest memory ragging wrexham?

for the more mature posters on here, wrexham was on the way back after the dark days that came after the golden days.

JCL !!!

4-4 it may have been, but I don't know any BWFC supporters who walked out thinking it was magnificent. Wasn't this the game we were robbed 'cos Phyllis got sent off for jumping for a header?

I have the 4-4 game on video, Reevsie's last minute equaliser :D

It was a magnificent game, edge of your seat stuff.

Sorry, was I supposed to say beating Man Utd at Old Trafford? Boring. Great results but poor, poor matches.

Ho, ho, ho, you've got a lot to learn.

The correct answer, I think, is Hull away.

I sense you have issues Billybear.

You swear a lot which is just embarrassing – shows a complete lack of education.

Your hatred of women seems to be a common streak in Bolton men.

I bet all the ladies love you!!

are you saying educated people do n't swear a lot ?

you could argue using any word be they swear words or other a lot shows a limited vocabulary but that is nothing to dow ith education.

i think you may need a snorkel.

Are you lot always this welcoming to new posters ?
