Missing the point. Intermittent fasting either as 5:2 or restricting eating to 8 hours a few days a week can be an easier way for the millions who fall off the continuous diet plans.

No argument from me pilgrim.

Just making the point that some of the more extreme plans (i.e. those involving fasting) can be avoided by making relatively small adjustments to how you approach your day and can result in good gains (well, losses actually).
