Everton (H)

Anyone bothering?

I've just been to T/O for a ticket.

Only opening ESL and NSL. ESL sold out and only 2 blocks in the corner of NSL still had seats at lunchtime.

Against Breda next week, only opening WSL because there's other events going on around East Stand.

I suppose the Everton that we played on Saturday was nearer to a bottom 8 Prem team than a top 8 one, with a few absences (and substitutions) that you'll be more familiar with than us.

Not really much difference between the bottom 12/13 teams in the prem these days.

All full of expensive massive squads.

The odd new promoted team aside.

At one point we was close to going 5th/6th...then 4ish games later.....13th!!

Seems the middle of the pack in the prem each season are just as likely to get one of the European spots as they are to flirt with relegation. Just down to injuries or signings not working. Most sides who finished bottom half will have realistic aims of top 6

Yep, pretty much exactly this, the spend power or prem teams now is just mental.
