As our first line of defence and for 100% effort I can't fault Davies. But as a striker I still need convincing.

davies has his uses but to play to him all the time is foolish, next season i would like to see us invest in a striker with pace, that will give us a battering ram(davies) a bit of guile with diouf if he signs, its always nice to have various options in attack.

Technically he is tidy enough, for a big striker he's actually above average skill wise IMO.

Lets face it, we've got 11 shit players and a manager with no tactical nouse, no wonder we are 7th in the Premier League.

Constant progress season after season on a shoestring budget. Nobody wanted Davies at all until he came to us. He won every award going last year and his performances aren't much different this year, but it's his turn to get slagged off.

 

Of course he should have scored on Saturday, of course we should have beaten Middlesbrough, but he didn't and we didn't: end of story. We're pushing for our highest Prem finish, even higher than last year's amazing 8th position. We've a great chance of a good Cup run, yet people still moan.
