quite right tyldesley this would save a lot of grief, rang up myself yesterday and gave up after 15 minutes, this may have something to do with the poor crowds in cup games.

Just been down for mine. About an hour in the queue! Three windows open; I guess the rest of the staff are sat in another office listening to the phones ring!

Is it an 0870 number? This must be the way they're making money, make the customer hang on for ever and make a small fortune @ 7.5p/min.

Just been down for mine. About an hour in the queue! Three windows open; I guess the rest of the staff are sat in another office listening to the phones ring!

 

I went down about 1pm - like you say 3 windows (there were only two when I got there, another openend by queuing) so I asked why only 3 windoes open - the reply -yes , you guessed it - it's lunchtime. Probably their busiest time of day, and they all feck off for a KFC.

i went down at 11am and there was only 4 open. waited about 30min
