They'll look to top 550 in their first innings.

And the rest. They won't be planning on batting twice. Gilchrist will probably also be a very different proposition with a decent total when he arrives at the crease.

Still could be an interesting finale to a great summers cricket.

What they plan to score and what they do score are two different things tho...

This is true but I think the edge we've had over the aussies this summer is a 4th pace bowler. Whilst Collingwood may take some wickets when he's bowling the pressure will be off the aussies compared to if Jones was bowling.

185-1

poss restart at 3.30

still chances for the aussies, even if they don't get back on today

score 300 tomorrow, gives them 100 run lead into last day

i wouldn't put money of england getting 200 if that was so

ever decisive and consistent in my thoughts

we're going to win this test :-$

Like I said to everyone at school on Friday who was shitting it, we can still win this! :D/

And what is it with Women and cricket?

Listening to the afternoon session on the radio in maths on thursday and they all cheer when Pietersen got out!

Still thinks its a draw or Aussie win. Would be surprised if we don't bat for majority of the day tomorrow.

Interesting scenario - we post a 250 lead. Aussies have 35 overs to knock that total over. Over 7 an over - would be good entertainment.

Aye, should be a good day!

Guess who is at bloody school though! ](*,)

Half the teachers are alrite though and will have it on radio or on t'internet or something!

oh dear 67-3

This guy is fcukin shit.

So, are we allowed to bat all day and if so then it becomes a draw right?

Yep!

This guy is fcukin shit.

He's not, he's just been drooped in it far too early! Another few seasons playing county cricket and he should be pretty damn god!

cricket is shit

as long as freddie bats till lunch....................whoops

Pietersen has a MASSIVE part to play now. If Kev bats till the end, if we do get bowled out then I think the Aussies will have too much too chase!

a target of 250 should be too much for em to chase

unfortunately i don't see us getting the 120 ish runs we need

Worst case realistic scenario. England all out for about 160 by 2.30.

Best case realistic scenario. England all out for 270 by about 4.

So probably looking at all out for 190 about 2.30.

Actually, I haven't got a bloody clue!

if we dont bat out this session we lose the game.

if we do we win the game.

simple as.

i think.

if we do i love cricket

if we do nt cricket is wank.

Pieterson seems to be enjoying himself.... Or should I not speak to soon

Collingwood will save the day (as predicted by horwichitk last week)

The extra batter is what we need.
