Juan.Kerr
Notts Forest to beat Doncaster at home on Boxing Day 100pts at 2.18 on Betfair Excuse my ignorance, but what would a tenner rake in at those odds? I'm a double-carpets and ear'oles man myself. PS. I'm not the tax-man.

I'm not the tax-man. 2.18 is inbetween 11/10 (2.10) and 6/5 (2.20) In your language it is 'bits against' p.s. if you want to bet odds of "double carpet" then correct score ManU 3 Bolton 2 is worth a bob or two ManU 2 Bolton 3 is 100/1 There will be goals today, we have to go and attack them if we try to defend for 90mins it won't work

I'm a double-carpets and ear'oles man myself. PS. I'm not the tax-man. if you put ??10 on at odds of 2.18, then you would get ??21.80 back (minus a small amount of commision). The ??21.80 also includes your original stake, so it works out at a little better than evens. It's not great - but in the case mentioned above, I got back just over ??210 for an initial outlay of ??100 - which was nice

Had I known that Trundle was out injured, then I wouldn't of bothered with this bet - never mind, all good runs come to an end. Game finished 0:0 - still, I managed to make a few quid over the Christmas period

Sweep
always check team news...its the most vital thing I usually do, but I placed the bet a couple of days before when all seemed OK, I knew I wouldn't have access to a PC until after kick off - never mind
Maggie Tate
I had Leeds as well. What a giveaway. Utd Arsenal and City Spurs both draws tonight I surmise, about a 10/1 double.
Zozzy
In the absence of a decent tip on here today, I put the ??20 Zozzy gave me today on Leeds at 2/1 away to Plymouth. A 3-0 win to Leeds and I now have ??60! :D/That ??40 profit you made will be on it's way back to me at the end of the season when Brum finish above the pie-eaters (good result for me yesterday)

Why not give me ??20 of it, Horwich ??10 of it and Maggie ??10 of it. Then you will still have ??20 more than you thought you would have, and we'll all be very happy Everybody wins :D/
