I opened a new Betfair account last week in the wife's name to take advantage of a special offer they, deposited ??60 and withdrew ??200. There is no reason for them not to put your winnings back, it's your money after all. Rather than registering another card, simply contact their customer services, they're usually on the ball.

Stay in the pub or travel to Horwich on a freezing Saturday evening, and paying ??25 for the privilege. There's no contest for me - lets get messy.
