Had a lovely day up in the lakes, but things can quickly change

 

Had a meal for supper in Windermere which came to ??72, a bit expensive for what we had, then we set off home, just as we came off at the reebok missus c gets that look on her face.

 

"Wheres my bag?" she asked.

 

"What do you mean that bag with the house keys in, 2 mobile phones and a sony psp" I ask

 

"yes" she replies

 

Well it turns out she left it in the amusement arcade as she went on that dance machine game thing.

 

So it was a swift u-turn at that hideous statue near the ground and back to windermere

 

Pulled up a short time later(dong 120 up the m6) outside the arcade then get projectile vomit over my shoulder from the baby in the back. As luck would have it the bag and its contents were handed in so it all ended ok after a 3 hour round trip half a tank of petrol and a car smelling of puke

me and the Mrs went windermere a few week ago it cost ??7 pound to park the car the robbing bastards

Cant beat a bit of honesty, to travel all that way back, and finding your goods are still intact is brilliant, i can go the bogs in a strange pub, leave my pint and baccy on the table, come back, and everythings been swiped.

Got the bag back cos of karma. Went round a zoo earlier in the day and found a camera film on the floor- i kept hold of it till i found the owner.

Good deeds come back to you in one form or another.

Note to Smiffs- I would look silly serving his tea in his favourite outfit, his clothes are way too big for me.
