the rule is that he can not be disciplined if the ref DID see it.

Isn't there a video panel discipline thing for incidents that the ref missed? I thought they couldn't be used if the ref did see it.

If he didn't see it , then it will not be in his report

If the ref had seen it then he will have (or wont admit to not having) taken the appropriate action at the time. If he says he didn't see it then the FA can intervene, it will be in the report either way after the kicking off about it.

Blatant elbow - can appeal red cards so why can't it work the other way ?

If Halsey feels no need for action - then action should be taken against Halsey for failing to take the appropriate action for the actions of Juan Pablo Action.

So why did Ben Thatcher get banned for that challenge he did on Mendes. A foul was given and Thatcher was booked i think.

 

So basically they are saying unless you seriously injury someone the rules cannot be changed.

 

So when sossoko stamped on Dioufs ankle,Because he didnt break Dioufs ankle its alright.

I used to live in Acton in the 80s.

Totally agree, Essien on Ben Haim and on Hamann are other examples
