Laughable Andy Johnson

Johnson himself said: "I merely jumped out of the way of Chelsea's goalkeeper as he came out at my feet. I do not consider myself to be a diver."

fair enough he dint dive or call for a pen this time, but there are multiple time when he has dived and won pens.

and what the fcuk are everton going on about submitting a formal complaint to the Football Association about Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho's criticism of Johnson.

and what the fcuk is mourinhno going on about johnson diving for, lampard, robben and drogba are every bit as bad.

why is football full of complete cocks!

I thought Everton (are white) were complaining because Chelsea had too many darkies playing for them.

I think Johnson is very adept at 'winning' penalties...And I think there is a difference between that and outright diving.

Drigba and Robben are outright cheats at times, and Mourinho is a complete hypocrite - and the bottom line is, people know it and don't particularly take heed to what he says any more (well, I don't anyway)

Personally I think this is all a waste of time, Johnson does dive in my opinion but then so do countless other players, Mourihno does need to look at his own players when he makes statements like this one.

The Everton Protest to the FA is a waste of everyone's time and energy

Surely every team has a "diver"

I know we have!

i think it's more to do with chelsea having something to say about everything and now contradicting themselves

Hunt for Reading doesn't get out the way and is accused by Chelsea of deliberately attemtping to hurt cech

Johnson jumps out the way of an advancing keeper and is accused of diving

Chelsea need to zip it

and Jussi does very well.

Johnson is a diver. So is Drogba.

Add Diouf, stelios and Vaz te to the list if you like.

Mourinho is a c??nt

that's about the strength of it

i have no problem with Mourinho saying what he thought, although he was wrong. he still needs to look at his own players!

everton & moyes are takin the piss though!

Now I know there's all this sh??te about Johnson avoiding the Chelsea keeper because of the incidents at Reading - he's a sportsman with instincts and that's b??llocks. He dived over the keeper and immediately turned around looking up at the ref for a reaction...But the thing that really gets me about all this (and I'm not getting all BWFC v The World here) is that:

Everyone knows Diouf dives. He admits it and is lambasted by all quarters. Some were calling for him to be banned.

Everyone knows Johnson dives. He denies it and what says everyone?

Diouf's a horrible c??nt, and he's black and foreign. "AJ" is white, English and on the verge on the National squad. Mourinho is a hypocrite as he's never condemned his own players who dive, but whether he is or not, he's still right about Johnson.

And that's what everyone seems to be forgetting.

Not in my view - I don't actually think Johnson is THAT bad - he wins penalties using age old techniques - running across the front of defenders, getting to the ball first nicking it away before the defender gets there etc etc

Slightly different to the theatrics of Drogba and Lehmann, in my opinion

If it wasnt for the influx of johnny foreigner into the premiership we wouldnt be having this debate, watching these cheating scumbags diving, spitting, feigning injury, rolling around on the floor and conning the referee into decisions every week, what as an honest proffesional are you supposed to do????? The FA and managers will do fook all about it so

IF YOU CANT BEAT THEM JOIN THEM!!!!!

yes its wrong but what other options as a player do you have??

these so called roll models of the modern game are even having an effect on our youngsters at grass roots level copying and imitating there heroes!!!!! tossers the lot of them.

If it wasn't for the influx of Johnny Foreigner there wouldn't be much between the Premiership and the SPL.

that might not be such a bad thing?? reebok isnt exactly a cauldron of "total" football is it, when was the last time you came away from the reebok saying to yourself "what a fantastic match that was"

am i in a minority in wanting to see some home grown talent representing ther home town team instead of a bunch of foreigners??

Home grown talent just tends to attract the boo-boys.

Ask Nicky Hunt and Julian darby.

You're not on your own but frankly, English players seem to command greater transfer fees, and in some cases greater wages. I'm not sure if it's the fact that the club sometime believe they won't need a cultural settling in period, but it does price many clubs out of the market. Unless you want to sign the likes of Huckerby, Nugent or Windass that is.

maybe so but the boo boys still tend to be a minority in a crowd of 20,000 plus

maybe it is, maybe it isnt, maybe johnson is just actually good at it...

sky showed a few clips last night, and johnson ALWAYS goes down VERY easily.

can you imagine lads going down that easy on a sunday morning, you'd get your arse kicked all over the park afterwards.

what ever happened to men being men ffs!

and that would be of your own mates!! you would also have the piss took out of you that much you wouldnt do it again either.

Times have changed boys

Young uns (maybe age of 20 and below) dive and feign injury now and brag about it afterwards. Let's be fair, Beckham did it, Owen, it's crept in more and more over the last 15 years

The old English spirit has slowly gone out of the game, sadly

Good job ive hung my boots up, if some little scrote rolled around on the floor looking for a penalty after he had whooped my arse for pace i wouldnt be held responsible for my actions.

Thats whats wrong with this country to many bloody foreigners and young uns.......christ im getting miserable in my old age!!

Really....we have got what we wanted.

Managers should NOT go round saying things after games about players, it really affects what ref's do and give to them in the future, its just not needed and un-professional.....hence his apology!

He's still a diver.
