no balls Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Blokes using hair straighteners is sooooo 2002/3. Jules Baldie, due to excessive hair straightening Do you have singe marks on the back of your head/forehead? I clocked one on a bloke once and he tried telling me it was an old wound from when he was saving a child from a housefire and some burning timber fell on his head. You're all liars! NB - Cynic!
Traf Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 I always thought Lammar was funny on Buzzcocks (probably an unpopular opinion as most folk I know think he's a tw??t) and was worried it would be sh??te when they said the queer from channel 4 was taking over. I was very wrong, he's p??ss funny. Yes Amstell is as good as Lamarr was at reading that autocue.
jules_darby Posted January 23, 2007 Posted January 23, 2007 Yes Amstell is as good as Lamarr was at reading that autocue. Ah, but it's not that simple - alot of remarks are off the cuff. As for those that are pre-written,take Have I got news for you - guest presenters reading an autocue - some were funny & some just weren't. As someone once said, it's the way they tell 'em.
