Can't help but think that with the quick decision we've shit ourselves and gone for replication / continuity, but can you do that without the main influence?

 

I hope Sammy is allowed to stamp his own authority of the job and really give it a good go as his own man - otherwise he'll still be stood in a very large shadow

I don't like that fact that sammy lee has plans to bring his own staff in, he has been working with the current staff for 2 years and we are renowned for having one of the best in the league. If he disruptes all that it can have a negative affect on the squad of players.

 

The only staff change should be: Ricky S as assistant and Gary Speed as 1st team coach.
