Anyone else having/had problems with it, trying to sort mine and my mates and just comes up "page can not be displayed"

I renewed online a few weeks ago and all was fine... however it does seem the eticketing website is down tonight so I can confirm it is not your PC

No matter when or for what tickets I've never had any problems with the online system.

I tried to renew last night, but it would not accept my log on details (yes, I had entered them correctly!) and when I tried to create a new account, it said my client number and surname were not on the database - please "chack" (sic) and try again.

renewed mine online on tuesday, worked a treat, it even knew I was a lifeline mamber so gave me the appropriate discount.

just got an email from the ticket office:

We are currently experiencing some operational difficulties with the Online Ticketing facility. We hope to have this resolved as soon as possible and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

 

 

Please be advised that the Ticket and Membership Office is open for renewals via telephone or in person from 9.30am until 5pm (Mon ? Fri) and from 9.30am until 3pm (Sat). The Ticket and Membership Office number is 0871 871 2932.

Yep, agreed. I had problems and when it failed (which was often) it returned me to the bastard BWFC homepage and gave no helpdesk number or anything. Pathetic

BWFC need to get a proper town centre ticket point sorted ASAP i'm sure it'd bump up their attendances no end the one in the market hall was handy but poorly advertised!

The answer to that question was Big Fat Sam, it will take attendances regularly bobbing under 20K regularly for action to be taken.
