Crawley White Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Tried again - but to no f?cking avail. A f?cking club with no ticket office in the town centre and they supply us witht he worlds worst f?cking website - it doesn't even give me a season ticket buying option & I've had to register witht he tw?ts too If I ring up - everyone sat around will know what I'm up too, so I'ld sooner order online. Has anyone got the correct link for buying ST's? I'm just gonna f?cking give up in a min & sack the whole b?stard idea off. We use the same online ticketing system at our theatre and I can confirm its difficult to use and does crash
Guest as Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 (edited) I've e-mailed the club and told them they're f?cking useless. IF we had an office in the town centre I could quite easily use that, but at present they think a trip to Horwich is reasonable when 245k out of the 265k in the town don't live there Edited July 6, 2007 by as

Guest as Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Tried ringing - put on hold for an eternity Tried e-mailing - no reply Tried the website - it doesn't work No f?cking wonder nobody bothers with these d?ckheads anymore.
Guest as Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Was told we'd have to go to the stadium to sort this out. Looks like as & as snr aren't getting one then. Oh well, saved me a few hundred quid anyway
Guest as Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 No reply to my e-mail to them, shame really. 'It's no wonder the club are struggling to sell ST's You have NO ticket office in the town centre - when only 20k out of the towns 365k residents live in that Horwich suburb. You have an online ticketing website that continually crashes & doesn't allow new customers to just purchase season tickets there and then. Who in their right mind actually agreed to using this service is obviously not up to the job - most people would find ordering online easy & simple compared to the alternative of travelling to that suburb or ringing that money-grabbing inept office. Getting through to the actual office by phone is another story altogether. After listening to the voice message for a good hour (it felt like that), you finally get to speak to someone if you're lucky........and to top it all off WE (the fans) get charged for this? Well done BWFC. Keep up the laughable work and we'll soon be playing in front of 10k in the PL.'
indra Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Just go to the ticket office in person its only once a year for gods sake solves all problems.
no balls Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Just go to the ticket office in person its only once a year for gods sake solves all problems. The points surely are; they shut the shop in town which is obviously central for folk; they offer online sales but it's obviously an inept service; it takes forever to get through on the phone lines which is a premium rate. oh and the ticket office does not have any late night opening for the 9-5 working man/woman. Do you read this forum?

Why should folk have to go to the stadium out of season if they claim to offer an internet service. If it doesn't work, BWFC should sort it, simple as. It's the 21st century FFS! Have you thought about fans who don't live/work near Bolton, it needs to work for them, yes? Edited July 6, 2007 by no balls

No one spending over ?400 should have to put themselves out. There's a reason brands like Amazon are global and not back street book shops - ease of use and accesibility. The stadium is out on the moors, it's pissing down, cold and windy, I'm not standing there for 20 minutes freezing my pods off for anyone in this day and age. AS works in Manc and doesn't have a car (that I know of), a taxi is going to add ?20 otherwise it's the bus. Is it really 2007? Christ, BWFC could even sell the things on EBay with a buy-it now price. That's one idea I've had in the last 5 minutes that would help speed things up. It surely can't be THAT hard can it?
blackleywhite Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 We use the same online ticketing system at our theatre and I can confirm its difficult to use and does crash Would that be "The Hawth"? Played there a few times. Go to the chippy in town and they say "would you like saauuccee with that?" Ferkin heathens.
Carlos Posted July 6, 2007 Posted July 6, 2007 Would that be "The Hawth"? I've looked and it's the same as Bolton Albert Halls. I really can't believe that BWFC, a company that will turn over ?60m+ this year would use the same tin-pot 2 bob system.

Lenny with a y Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 Apparently they upgraded their system on thursday but couldn't get it to work again. They've now just turned it off completely. Although they did answer the phone in under a minute ....
Casino Posted July 7, 2007 Posted July 7, 2007 took 5 minutes of listening to champione this morning, but i'm all sorted now
