Was at the olympic stadium in Munich when England won 5 1 and English were all over the ground, fancy dress and all! There was little segregation and the stewards weren't really bothered and the locals were friendly, even if the English weren't.

Are you seriously telling me BWFC are going to turn around to TMG and tell them that this plane is going to have to run three quarters full cos the passengers can't have match tickets.

 

BWFC and TMG are in a joint venture. Rest assured, and they won't make it public, but BWFC will ensure EVERYONE on both planes has a match ticket.

Personally, I'll be ok, being a ST holder and having a robotknickers voucher, but it's the principle of the matter, really.

The club should be trying to placate us at the moment as we all know they read this site and must be aware of the strong feelings towards the way this corporate trip is apparently taking priority over the independant traveller. Again ,the have only offered an in and out, so it's not even as though they're offering the majority of folk what they want.

IMO whatever the club do, they can never win as there are always unsatisfied customers out there.

 

I must admit they are getting better and I think it's lessons learned from the previous UEFA Cup exploits.

Not necessarily so: If you are a season ticket holder TMG will get your ticket for you.

What's fcuking outragious here is that it's advertised as "Official Combined Ticket and Travel Packages Announced For Munich Trip" with ticket coming first. The club know exactly what they are doing. Don't be giving us that "they are getting better" line, as a corporate entity, they are cynical bastards.

Hughesy - a lot of season tickets don't have the persons name on but, for example, a Company name - therefore the club and TMG will not even start to look at this cross checking as it is impossible.
