Was the ?30 million figure mentioned ?IF Bent is worth ?16 million,Anelka is worth ?30 million but i think we'd sell for under half that.

 

A good manager could buy a mid table team with that sort of money.

We've already got a forward in the style of Beattie but twice as good.

Think we always knew he was using us as a stepping stone.

As long as he scores plenty of goals between now and January, we can't complain.

My opinion was based on the fact that he is not good enough for the premiership, why did Fulham get rid of him? why didn't another prem club come in for him?

And yes i hope Megson does his homework and come to a conclusion that Collins John is not a re-placement for the Alk, and neither is anyone else from the Championship at this moment in time.....

Anelka was always going to leave, unfortunately the handling of BWFC over the last 9 months has brought that day forward, not advertising the job when Allardyce left was a monumental error of judgement, resulting in a shocking start to the season dissarray amongst the players crowds declining week on week, probably the worst moral among fans since the relegation to Division 4, the board shoulder the main part of the blame, but our fans also have not helped with 1000s of empty seats and lack of atmosphere, we are in a nose dive that is for sure, when and where we pull out of this only time will tell.
