I work with a big Celtic who said that he was brilliant for the 1st couple of years but he's to slow now even for the SPL.

my favourite moment of watching Balde play was in the Scottish Cup Final when he broke Chris Suttons wrist - his own team mate!!!

I agree in part with that but we aint in a position to mess around in Megson thinks he can help us defend in a proper

fashion then im all for it till the end of the season then re evaluate when we know our league status

I don't think we can take a gamble as big as that, Michalik was awesome for Leeds last season and he is horse shite in the prem. Fair enough bring Fojut in and use him as a squad player fine but he aint the answer to our defensive problems, unless we want to prepare for life in the Championship.

For me it has to be Fojut. He has been playing regular first team football for Luton and deserves his chance at Bolton.

A defender does not have to mis-kick a clearance or score an own goal, for it to be classified as a mistake.

 

Not marking your man, mis-reading the flight of a ball, getting the wrong side of your man are all mistakes in my eyes and Cid has been quilty of plenty of these.

Seen him a few times on the TV when I worked in Aberdeen, and I was not really impressed, he would end up booked or sent off to often in the prem, hes just not quick enough or as the football brain to get around that slowness

or when he slid in on Johnson in the lead up to Yakubu's goal in the defeat against Everton. He could have stayed on his feet instead on leaving us completely exposed.

Fact is Cid, Michalik are shite and fojut is unproven, i agree that you have to give him ago and sunday is probably no ideal but we need to recruit at least one decent centre half before 1st Feb.
