For Those Of You With Kids...

Anyone else on here fortunate not to have any brats?

I have close friends with the little f?ckers and don't mind putting up with them on occaision. To the contrary, they can be quite charming little buggers sometimes in small doses.

I know it's been posted before but I hate when people continually drag the little shits into conversations at work , or god forbid actually bring the little mini trogs into work.

I'm sure they are the apple of their parents eye, but does anyone really care unless they have some personal interest in the little shitehawks?

Children should be seen and not heard my arse. Try shutting the f?cking parents up first!

And yes someone did bring some of the delightful turds into work today. They were fortunate I didn't have a baseball bat to hand.

I dont have any kids because I can't find anyone who will shag me

In all seriousness, many parents have nowt going on in their lives other than their kids.

I sometimes take my eldest girl (8yo) to the office on a Saturday morning when nobody is there so I can catch up with paperwork, and she likes to help out as my 'secretary' by opening post, folding drawings, and leaving the tops off the marker pens. It gets her out of mums way while she does the ironing and also gets to spend 'me and her' time.

In a couple of years I'll pull her out of school and get her driving the dumper.

Think it's bang on that.

It tends to be a wimmin thing more so than a bloke thing though.

Most men (with the exception of new dads who are normally glowing with pride for a month or so) are more than eager to have an 'adult' converstion with you about anything but their family. Infact they take more of a passing interest in my social life than even I do

You're all jealous!!

Thank f?ck mine are grown up, I could not go through bringing kids up again, I've told my two (dowters) NO F?CKIJN GRANDKIDS because I aint babysitting

My girl only 28 and said she wants kids when she 30.

Fcuk that i 37(today by the way) i choose all of the above anyday. :db:

I have one neice and three nephews and I absolutely adore them, although admittedly I only spend an hour at a time with them. My sisters have now asked that I visit before 6 as I wind them up and then leave, leaving my sisters to pull them off the ceiling and get them to bed.

I've never really been broody, I always thought it will happen one day. To be honest I struggle looking after myself so can't imagine being responsible for another being.

The girl opposite me at work is pregnant and is due to go on maternity in 2 weeks. I'll get the bloody bunting out I tell you. She talks about her pregnancy/nursery decorations/gall stones/piles/baby names all day, and when she's finished telling me and other colleagues, she then tells every bugger that rings up and politely asks how she is. I am tearing my hair out sometimes. I understand she's excited, but it's all I hear, day in, day out. All I have to look forward to when she returns is then how her little treasure is sleeping/weaning/crawling etc etc.

Great

which team does she support?

Not a clue, and if I ask her she'll end up telling me about the baby anyway!

She's from Manchester though, so I don't think she's a Red.

Lets hope she's one of those who says that she says she'll be back after maternity leave, but never really means to.

I feel your pain. My in-laws have nothing else to talk about.

If your pissed off with people talking about their kids why don't you tell them to feck off?

At a slight tangent, has anyone asked the nurse to pop another couple of stiches in?

I work in an environment where if the wrong person heard it I could get in a bit of trouble

I instantly gaze over

I change the subject

They somehow manage to change it back

I talk about football (which I know they hate)

They still steer the subject back

I leave the room and fall asleep elswhere in the building as it is more appealing

I'm not having a pop squidgy, but are you saying that if you told someone that they are boring your job could be on the line?

If I said something along the lines of what I was thinking, ie "f?ck off you miserable c?nt and get a life", I'd pretty much be suspended within an hour or so of saying it.

Oddly enough, it would probably be someone else that complained rather than the bleating bint :pardon:

Absolute b0llocks Squidge. Biological clock is ticking pal and you're in classic denial. God forbid there would ever be an army of Squidglets roaming the country aimlessly lost but, there is a profound human need to pass on the genes and see little versions of thisen and there's no point denying it.

Wouldn't want to go through it again but wouldn't change a thing with my two. Greatest (and possibly the most difficult) experience of your life. Only being a young bloke, I am miles off being a grandad yet but I am sure I will enjoy it when it comes along. Already told Stefs to keep that BWFC template around for at least another 20 years :D

I don't think the world is ready for a bunch of squidglettes

Christ, imagine the mayhem if there was more than one of me :-k
