mannyroad58 Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 What an absolute joke, it's about time we realised that some of these so called internationals are not fit to wear the England shirt
Guest The Special One Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 We are a f?cking joke, too predictable and boring and one dimensional, a bit like watching Bolton Why do English players always have the mentallity to pass backwards??? All I can say is, if I'd have gone, I would of been back in the boozer after 20 mins

Hopeful balls into the box to static players etc
mannyroad58 Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 What about our so called winger Downing he can't beat a player and his crossing is fcuking shit, all he wants to do is get rid of the ball as soon as he can, and he constantly cuts inside, if he's the best we've got there's something seriously wrong He will probably have a fcuking blinder against us in a few weeks
magic legs Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 No pace, no tricks Downing. If he was right footed he wouldn't be anywhere near the England squad.
trotter58 Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Alan Hansen was spot on. The problem with English players is that they can pass or move but not both at the same time. The clip he showed of England attempting to string a few passes together under no pressure whatsoever was hilarious. What the f**k do they do in training all week?!
Sweep Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 What about our so called winger Downing he can't beat a player and his crossing is fcuking shitWIthout a doubt the most over rated player in the Premier League. Why on earth he is talked about in the ?10M bracket goodness only knows
Sweep Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 What the f**k do they do in training all week?! Playstation Black Jack Poker
trotter58 Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 It was interesting that Lilian Thuram was making his 138th appearance for France last night in an international career that includes World Cup and European Championship medals and yet the spotlight was on Brand Beckham?, making his 100th appearance in an international career that includes nothing but underachievement. Never has so little talent been stretched so far.

Never has so little talent been stretched so far. F?ck it. Personally I think Beckham's ton is a sorry indictment of English football, but it's a milestone only four other players have ever reached, so it's only right his achievement should be celebrated. Thuram's achievements are for the French to celebrate.

The Beckham PR machine is a pain but at least he puts a shift in - not his fault that he keeps getting picked or that someone else hasn't taken his place.
trotter58 Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 it's only right his achievement should be celebrated. Personally i couldn't give a toss. Brand Beckham? only really contributed anything in the qualifying campaign for the 2002 World Cup. He should never have got anywhere near 100 caps.
Guest as Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Same old players - same old England. You're supposed to be picked for your country on merit and not who you are/who you play for....sadly that's not the case with our national team. Walcott made the England squad again.....that sums up the whole f?cking problem with Eng-er-land for me.....lad struggles to come on as sub for his club
athywhite1958 Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 (edited) Just got back from Paris, we left the ground at half time and went back into town paying 8 f?cking euro's a pint, and that was in a cheap bar. The players are a total disgrace and not fit to wear any shirt, they are not good enough and it seems like they do not give a t?ss. Another good trip ruined by a football match Edited March 27, 2008 by athywhite1958

Big_Girl_Oral_Explosion Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Agree with all the other comments above. Turgid! Lost interest after 20 mins when one could see the same old problems were there. These players are the work horses of the Premier league who only support the more gifted and talented foreign players. Yet their transfer values and wages tend to be higher or as high as the best of the imports. The national team is going backwards, I can see a parallel with the period of 1973 to 1980.

Its amazing isnt it, the premium on buying English players when most of them are so technically inferior to the imports we see.
BossHog Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 and the gingerwog is absolute shite *insert trap my head in door smiley here!*
trotter58 Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Number 39 for France looked like a right handful. If only we had someone like that in our team...
Eddie Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Watching England is wank. The team is full of tossers who think they are a lot better than they are. Players like Downing are played regulary, and players like Crouch are played no matter how few games they have played for their club. The team could not give 2 shits if they lose, because they will just go back to their clubs and be top dog again. I prefer watching the bomb chuckers (the northern ones). Only one or two of their players play in the premiership, most of them are lower league players who give everything for their country. They are not well known players who are constantly surrounded press licking their arses and it shows. Plus they play in a real stadium, full of passionate fans with not many corporate bell ends sitting and clapping when their team scores. Even with the lack of quality they still manage to pull out results, and it was funny to watch them hammer England last year. Hopefully Capello will have the balls to complete change the England set up, and not choose players on their reputations, however it doesn't look good when he has already chosen and played the utter shite Downing and the not much better Crouch.
M G WHITES Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 and it was funny to watch them hammer England last year. Fair point you made, but that is so fcuking wrong no matter how shit we are
Eddie Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 Fair point you made, but that is so fcuking wrong no matter how shit we are Maybe it is, but it just shows how much I don't care about my countries football team. If it was a competitive match I might have felt different, but seen as it had no consequences, apart from the team, manager and set up being humiliated it didn't bother me at all. Like I said before I would like to give a shit about England football team, but until it is run properly, with a proper manager and proper players who are picked because they are playing well and are the best for the job. Until then any game including England will just be like any other game that does not include Bolton to me.
Guest as Posted March 28, 2008 Posted March 28, 2008 Fair point you made, but that is so fcuking wrong no matter how shit we are Like f?ck. Club before country everytime. Why should I support a team polluted with arrogant w?nkers from Man Utd, Chelsea & Liverpool?!
