Maybe No Balls is a Visionary designer?? who just got the colour scheme wrong on the away one, I liked the Black and Turquoise colour scheme from the season before,

No Balls can you please ask one of your subordinates over in the Vietnam Office/Sweatshop to knock up a new version of this years away kit?? after they have fetched the water from the well of course!

So we've turned into one of those shithouse clubs that bring out a new shirt every season?

Correction that's 2 shirts a year.

Clearly BWFC haven't heard of a credit crunch.

Still at a loss to understand why the home shirt last year RBK was replaced after only 1 year with a new shirt with reebok on it . :nea:

You answered your own question: Reebok had a new branding.

So why did they change it after 1 year when your only supposed to change kits if they change kit supplier or sponsor

Re-branding isn't a change of sponsor is it

clubs can produce as many shirts they want a year.

there's no rule that blocks them however most clubs (up until recently that included bolton) had new home and away shirts in alternate years.

The sponsor deal Traf has explained previously.

I prefer the all white kit and hope that NB has fcuk all to do with the deisgn, that will be a bonus

blah blah fucking blah

All white? No thanks.

I think it looks better with blue shorts.

I said the same when England were playing in white shorts.

What use are white shorts? You'd never buy them, whereas dark ones can be worn to the gym etc.

I must admit, i prefer the all white kit, nice and plain, too many trimmings on crap material make em look really tacky :good: The sports bra looking tops we have now are garbage !

That couple of seasons we played in all white we looked really smart and thought the same about Englands new kit on Saturday

I have to agree with the silly old sod. Thing is though, our traditional kit colours for home strips are white top/navy shorts.

The wife says the blue ones are easier to get clean, plus my lad's allowed to wear them for PE at school: which is good for winding the East Lancs mutants up.

Therefore I vote for blue.

However it's dressed up, it's the work of arseholes.

Last season they removed the customer charter from the website. Couple of days later they announce a new shirt.

Cynical fookers.

Well lets break tradition then, we did when someone decided to fcuk around with the club badge

Did you design that NB =@

Yeah, we want the Elephant & Castle design back :good:

What happened there was this:

They'd redesigned the kit and put the club badge on. They hadn't got round to putting the red rose and scrolls on as usual, when one of the woman's kids (it was bring your kid to work day) coloured some blue and red squiggles under the badge.

The woman knew she'd get a bollocking for letting her kids draw on the design sheets, so she said she'd done it intentionally.

OR possibly, the club did this with no input from the kit manufacturer.

The ribbons do nowt for me, but I see why folk are blaming it on wimmin.

Haven't we already lobbied the club to lose the ribbons or have I imagined that?

They'll probably do it in 3 years or so and say, what a brilliant idea they had!

And here we have another reason why wimmin should have fcuk all to do with sport

Apart from beach volleyball that is

What is important for me about the shirt is the badge design, even moreso now we play 5-6 miles from the centre of bolton, BWFC need to reinforce links with Bolton and Lancashire, I think we need the town badge and the lancashire rose to be included on the shirt.

I'd guess that the marketing bod was a southerner who wanted to distance the 'brand' from the image of a lancashire mill town and give it a global and forward looking image.

Forgetting that those that follow Bolton are proud of it's Lancashire town heritage and the fact most of it's supporters hail from the Bolton area and not Kent and Sussex.
