MILLIONS of pounds in council cash is needed to create pitches in Bolton for gypsies and travellers, a report has indicated.

 

A Bolton Council spokesman said: ?We already have a good level of existing provision and although there are very limited resources nationally to provide new sites, our strategy is very much about encouraging and enabling travellers and show people to develop their own sites, which would not cost the council tax payer anything.

Gypsies make excellent cannon fodder for the early summer shoot. The males are fast and cunning for the advanced gunsmith whilst the big fat piggy females make for decent target practice for the newer types.

 

The caravans they leave behind can be donated to decrepit areas such as Bright Met, Farn Worth, The Deane and Nether (or little) Hulton. The impoverished residents can have a roof over their heads and somewhere to put their 80" television sets and Littlewoods catalogues.
