That looks a good side to me Gaz - When Gardner fit in for Chung and S Davies for M Davies maybe still abit confused what S Davis is in the side to do to be honest.

Just thinking out loud here, but maybe GM sees Sean Davis playing alongside Muamba as a central partnership, whereby one goes forward and one holds and vice versa. Because it seems to me that GM doesn't just see Muamba as a defensive player: he wants him to use his obvious ability to break at reasonable speed, as he demonstrated well a few times on Saturday and also in the U-21 championships in the summer.

our strongest team imo, is the one that started at hull, (with exception of fullbacks)

 

we can not play 442, we dont have the players or the quality.

 

ideally, you'd have someone better than m.davies as the attacking midfielder, but i'll give him chance to prove himself.

Seeing as we are running out of time, what about a punt for Andy Reid and playing him behind the striker. Could do with a bit more pace but he has Prem experience and has a great left foot, as evidenced by his chip over the keeper last night.
