Bayern still have more money, fans, power etc than the rest of the bundesliga and have won 8 of the last 12 championships.

I agree on the ticket prices thing though.

They've got more money and fans sure, they are the biggest club in Germany after all. But 4 teams other than Bayern have won the Bundesliga in the last 9 seasons and without looking I bet its not the same 3 teams each season in the top 3.

I actually meant Shrewsbury. What you mean is that, although closer together than Bolton/Birmingham, shrewsbury is so far in the dark ages that nobody has been arsed asking for a motorway link.

Ha ha. Cheers for that Micky ;) Actually, you're not far off re.motorway links, nor is the poster suggesting 1h 45m from Shropshire to Stockport. The M54 is the motorway that takes you en route to the M6 if you wish to travel the long way round, but for a trip like Stockport it would be A49 M56 to J3 and then onto Edgeley. A good 90min journey. Town won't play Plymouth in midweek my friend (the earlier poster)but at Wycombe last week (2.5 hrs from Shropshire) the away following was just shy of 500. Average home gates are approaching 6,000 which again for what is essentially Div 4, is pretty impressive

I know all about that motorway link. I was driving me and a mate down to Bournemouth and he'd organised a trip to Telford on our way for breakfast at his parent's house. Talk about off the beaten track. It'd have been cheaper for us to get a Service Station breakfast each and not fill the petrol tank up.

But Bayern have still won 5 of those 9 seasons then.

Bayern dominates the german league every so often a team rises up and steals the title but it always goes back to Bayern in the end
