October 16, 201015 yr I wrote to the Safety Department about 8 years ago to point out that in their wisdom of filling the West side of the South Lower with away fans and their proximity to the family stand rather than the singing corner, I would expect a net to prevent missiles being thrown. I heard nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Two supporters close to me have been hit by coins. One was my son against WHU when we put them down (JJ Okocha goal) The other was the season after when a bloke on the next row back got hit against Leeds when we put them down. Dear BWFC lurkers, pass this onto the right department.

Oh they jumped at the chance to kick him out because he wasn't a threat to their abilities. A woman collapsed in the South Stand near to us and all the Stoke fans were shouting for the Stewards and Medics. Stewards took ages and medics just didn't want to leave the comfort of their seats.

The two sat in the WSL, however, just didn't look as if they wanted to know. It looked as though they were there to watch the game. One of them had three pips on his shoulders; more like an office type than an on-the-road paramedic.

October 19, 201015 yr We stopped using glycol to produce smoke for training purposes because it turned out to be carcenogenic. I imagine they'll make a good, safe alternative to tobacco products!
