Have you got anywhere yet? I have made about 30 attempts but it just says "due to call volumes..... call back later"!

Got through, all north & south side tickets gone ...... all 9,000 or so. Really ? In 90 mins or so ?

 

Booked 2 West side tickets, gave season ticket / address details. Before payment, asked if she could do the wheelchair ticket ...... no, have to call back again.

So the call ended ........ & I hadn't given her the credit card details ! Back in the phone queue as I type .....

Started to phone bang on 9.30 am, constantly got the message 'too busy call back later.' Put phone on constant re-dial. Got to the press 1

for FA Cup tickets etc on 3 seperate occasions to be told 'we're still busy call again.' At same time tried to book on-line, managed to get through after

well over an hour, put 31 out of 32 ticket details I was going for on the system only to be timed out! Double barrelled names are a bastard when you're in a hurry

 

Considered putting the laptop through the window!

 

Tried phone option again, got through at 10.45, and I came off about 10 mins ago. She told me I had the biggest order so far today

 

Top tip - If you're booking coach tickets make sure you order with the seat tickets or else they'll charge you another ?5.25.

 

I'm goin for a lie down after that!

Got through again ...... different person. No record of previous transaction - not surprisingly.

And ...... weird ..... he's got me ?60 tickets along the side - the ones that weren't available a few minutes back.

Row 2, but never mind. Made sure I gave the credit card details this time. .

 

And the wheelchair ? Once I got through the 'lines busy' bit, option 1 took me staright through to Bolton Central (instead of TicketMaster), no queue, booking completed in record time.

 

45 mins in total & a few ?'s on the phone bill.
