Tuncay and Ngog have both worked hard when played imo. Theres only Knight, Petrov and Boyatta who dont look like they give a fuck imo. I think Coyle is just making an excuse to try and take the heat off. He sounds like he is getting desperate.

v Villa he dropped Muamba and with injured NRC, in came Pratley and Tuncay

 

then Muamba was back for Fulham, with Tuncay dropped after 1 game along with Eagles and Robinson

 

so the only players he's actually dropped of late are Muamba (to then play again), Tuncay, Eagles and Robinson

 

which doesn't really add up in the main to those who appear to not be arsed

Maybe he means those who can't be arsed with training and the behind the scenes stuff. Maybe people like Tuncay, Kakuta, Steinsson, Muamba aren't the best ping-pong players and so he drops them for the sake of team spirit?
