Dan.m Posted January 6, 2012 Posted January 6, 2012 Are you not best leaving ephedrine and that sort til you're a few months into your diet and hitting a plateau? Anyway, for the past few weeks (apart from Christmas day etc) I've been eating pretty much chicken and veg and a bit of rice! Porridge for breakfast, chicken for lunch and chicken for tea. Sounds boring but it's not supposed to be easy.
