January 6, 201214 yr Loads of pubs in Macc. Outside the station is the Queens and behind the Peugot dealer is Waters Green Tavern. Out of the station and turn left are The George, Treacle Tap, Snowgoose and Jolly Sailor all within 200 yards. Carry on past the JS to Bathstore and turn right you come to Wetherspoons and 4 Park Green and carry on up Mill St to at least another 4 bars. Near the ground is the Railway View on Byrons Lane or the Albion on the way up to the ground. Loads of take aways also on Sunderland St for after match food

NB park near the Railway View on Byrons Lane and then 5 minute walk to the ground. Dont park on the council estate next to the ground as its rough as fcuk and your car may get done by the local scrotes.

Not worth passing the ground and parking on Lyme Green Industrial Park, t'other side of the Audi garage?
January 6, 201214 yr On the way up to ground from station / weatherspoons etc is the three crowns. Its half way between station and ground on silk road.

You can park on there but it's a nightmare to get off and Maccs match last week was delayed by 15 mins caused by traffic chaos around Lyme Green Industrial Park. If you get there early enough park on London Rd towards town and you have a good getaway. There is though roadworks outside the Travellerers Rest on London Rd which caused long tailbacks yesterday. Alternatively come and pick me up from home about 12.30 and I wil show you where to park.
