  • I'd not read any of this till tonight but think my experiences over the last few years should give an insight.   I split with the ex years ago and got lumbered with debt, a lot of debt. I continued

  • It's easy going to extremes when discussing benefits and classifying everyone on benefits as a workshy cunt but there are deserving cases out there. Here's a heart rending story from Dorren   http:/

As a slight aside, stats say that over the last year the total of British born people in work went down 208,000

Number of foreign born people working in Britain, up by 212,000.

Not the most detailed as it doesn't break down further to show menial jobs v professional jobs or which industry/sector, but still, bad time to be working class in Britain. Tories love foreign workers because they're cheaper and keep rich people rich, Labour love them so they can't be called racist. Both want more immigration for those reasons. Can't blame them if I'm honest. British yoof demand rispeck whether or not they bother to get out of bed in the morning, immigrants in my experience are more polite, harder working, more reliable, will do shit jobs and aren't spolit toddlers. The country, I think we can agree, needs more workers and needs them to cost less. This means more immigrants, it would seem.

way off beam

because we need to find a way of getting peopleinto work

once in work, things can develop

Our youth, but not all of them, think that some work is beneath them, it's not a new thing i had young un's working with me in the 80's, and they didn't like being spotted by their mates, because they felt embarrassed, not with me i hope.

First job i had was a real embarrassment, worked for a Painter and Decorating firm ... the owner owned a Pig Farm up Brinscall.

Three times a week we had to go round to the Schools of Bolton and collect the School Dinner waste... Pig Swill... those bins were heavy..

Then take it up to Brinscall and boil the fucker... it absolutely stunk... all for 4 quid a week.

I honestly don't get it. I have friends and family members (not immediate) who don't work and think they are 'beating the system' but when you look at it, their lives are shit. It seems there are enough jobs there for everyone and I can't help thinking it is just weird that we import labour (accepting that money then goes back out of the UK) and in the meantime pay benefits to folk who are capable of carrying out the same roles. Ultimately though, I look at these lazy twats who aren't bothered about work and think what are you doing? Earn a bit of coin, have a meal in a nice restaurant, travel, buy some nice clothes, treat your kids, you lazy bastards ...

you don't get it?

It's called not taking responsibility for your own life

And the socialists encourage it

I like this. Fucking work shy bastards do me head in. People who say "id only be a tenner a week better off working so whats the point". The point is you have some fucking self respect you parasite!

I don't get the lack of motivation. It seems to me that people are more impressed with getting something for nowt rather than taking advantage of the privilege (absolute privilege) of being born in the UK. Literally with motivation, graft and a bit of luck even today you can make your own future here ..

I have girls working in my team in China who have to aquire Masters level degrees to even stay in the big cities and assure themselves that they can educate their one child at a reasonable level. Most send their single offspring back to the paddy fields with the grandparents and they see them every couple of months or so.

I know its about personal responsibility but it is also about showing these ungrateful fuckers how different their lives could be.

That's a bit patronising, don't you think? Most people get their values from home, not school.

theres a brilliant documentary film about the mass evacuation of chinese workers from city to rural life

think it was canadian made

I don't imagine that I have a patronising bone in my body

I genuinely feel that people have been let down in the politicised educational environment

20 million in 2008 after the crash, you can hardly comprehend it can you ...

But, these guys aren't daft. They saved money and are almost literally building roads and hotels on the route back thus keeping their workforce employed and building an infrastructure that depends less less and exports to us (the West).
