When I asked the ethnic what minimum speed he could offer me he said 20m max. No minimum says I. 20 mg max says he. 20mg says I when are you putting me on fibre optic. Err don't know but we can offer you 20mg max. Have you any idea where I live I'm lucky if I can get 3mg. Yes but that's with your current provider we can offer 20mg max. But it's still through a BT line - fuck off
