So is the travel club off now then?

Im guessing he'll do aways only. Except for the home games he attends.

pity so many are on discounted deals

lots on 11 quid a season tickets

even more on 49 quid ones

even if gate receipts hold up, income from gates is bugger all in the scheme of things

how much will the tv money drop compared to the drop in the wage bill

correct.....

my eldest lad has bought one.

he works most saturday's, ?49 is cheaper than pay on the day, able to watch all the night games,

also my youngest is a ball boy next season, his season ticket was ?11,why would i not keep the seat for that price.

financially BWFC are screwed if match day revenue is going to keep the club afloat.

Yea I reckon there's no chance the board have looked at any forecasts based on expected and known revenue.........oh hang on we've just wiped ?16m off the wage bill so maybe there is a coherent financial plan after all.....

Ive renewed my adult and ?49 ticket as a spare. It got used pretty much every game last season but now the people who 'upgraded' it have got their own tickets. Also one of my mates has got one for the first time (age 27) as his younger brother has had one last season.

I reckon we'll do alright for attendance, atmospheres my main worry as we'll be expecting to destroy the league no doubt! :innocent:

being a bit thick , i'll do some maths..

2 tickets, cost price in total =?60

divide by 46 games= ?1.30 per game revenue

x by how many other kids there are ...

?16m won't cover the lost match day / sky money.....

Oh thank fuck for that get the app in for the CEO job - as if the club haven't worked out a ticketing pricing policy???

You said if we're relying on match day revenue we're fucked obviously we are but obviously for the coming 2 parachute seasons at least we're not are we. Yes sky money's dropped but so has our wage bill and gartside has said publically ED will continue to back the club - so have a sit down in your cheap seat pal and give gartside the nobhead tag if you believe what you write

When? Next season? They've already got 2012/3 season ticket prices fixed.

Thought it was this season? Sure someone said that's why they took them off sale, unless I have jumped in and read it wrong

I think they're talking shit probably, which isn't unknown for a football forum. :D

Woman I work with, her old man bought his season ticket weeks ago, so I doubt somehow they'll change the prices mid sale period.

Having said that, them Venky's are a bit menkal.

There were no season ticket prices/details on their website yesterday.

One of their papers were moaning last week that arson tickets were not on Sale.

I did say them Venky's are a bit on the menkal side, so I really wouldn't put it past them. He's definitely ordered, though, come to think of it I'm not 100% sure if she's said he's paid yet. I shall investigate tomorrow.

Though, I think you have some explaining to do, sonny Jim as to why you were looking on their site for a season ticket! :)
