Just keep borrowing cash and throwing it at players in the hope of success. If it goes wrong, it doesn't matter - except to the fans when the club goes tits up. The team Allardyce left was average at best - it had certainly peaked some time earlier, which is why he fucked off rather than attempting to rebuild.
