June 18, 201214 yr iPhones are massively over priced for what they are, you're paying for the brand. You can have an equivalent/better Android phone for half the price. Carphone warehouse and phones4u have some decent deals at the minute on the HTC One X, Galaxy S2 etc.

June 18, 201214 yr I went from the HTC Desire to the S2 a few months back, think there's an inch difference in screen size. The first couple of days it seemed big but not too big, you soon get used to it. Went back to the Desire to remove data, accounts etc and it felt so tiny I don't know how I managed with it. The One X is massive, and if you want a phone bigger than your laptop you need the Galaxy Note. You get a little trolley for it.
June 18, 201214 yr Personally prefer HTC's but if I was coming up to renewal I'd plump for the new S3. There is absolutely no value in an iPhone when the competition is as good as without an 'i' prefix. S3 has 1.2" larger screen over the iPhone and has a quad core processor with 1gb ram. It's thinner and lighter than the iPhone too but larger width/length. Theres meant to be an iPhone 5 out soon though aint there?

June 18, 201214 yr Theres meant to be an iPhone 5 out soon though aint there? It is supposed to be being released in October I think, It'll no doubt be massive like the Galaxy Note, as all smart phones seem to be getting much bigger these days.......or am I getting smaller?

The microphone stopped working on the Mrs iPhone, making it effectively an iPod 14 months into a 2 year contract. T mobile can't touch it, Apeoplees only solution is to pay over a ton for a new phone that come with a 90 day non-extendable warranty. Piss poor. She was going to buy a MacBook but ain't gonna bother now
