Am I Being Harsh?

But I'm sick of seeing Muamba tweeting pictures of him with his 'celebrity friends'.

I'm made up for the fella that he's alive and kicking but he's either a footballer now or he's not. If he is then he should be doing what he can to get himself back playing not turning up at the opening of an envelope to be photographed with his new mates who didn't even know who he was before January of this year.

I have my own opinion and my opinion is this...   You clearly wanted a way of squeezing it in that you have had a brain tumour so people feel sorry for you and agree with your post. You had no need

  • My take, Newton, is that after the feelings we all had when it became obvious we so nearly lost the man, talk of him "milking it" is so off the mark that we shouldn't be airing it. Of course, we are

Muamba can do what he wants, for as long as he wants as I'm just glad he's alive which i didn't think would be the case when i went to bed one Saturday night several months ago. If I'm being honest (I

maybe he uses twitter to let people see he's getting better

people who he thinks may actually be interested enough in him to 'follow' him

whatever he posts on twitter bothers me not one jot as i don't follow him

seems easy enough concept for most to follow

ie don't follow somebody if you don't want to see what they're up to

Nice to see people who aren't regular posters making great contributions.

Always worrying when someone adopts an "I'm right and you are all wrong, collectively" stance, especially when they seem bright enough. It's usually mummy's little soldier or a mental case.

in the interests of fairness and all that, I just had a look back over his recent tweets back to June

he tweeted some pictures just yesterday of him and holyfield & lewis and whoever else he met at the olympic village when doing the piers morgan show, fair enough

other than that, other the last month - there was a picture referred to of Theirry Henry, but that image didn't work - then there's a few of him and Rob Lainton, other BWFC players and even J Lloyd, most are of his kid

this behaviour is no different to before he collapsed, he was always tweeting pics of him and teammates up to stuff

so would seem you were on twitter yesterday and didn't like the fact he was enjoying himself on a day out to london to be on tv - unless you can point us in the direction of any other pics of him living the high life?

are you Red Issue in disguise?

Newton? As in Heath?

Anyhow, he was friends with Thierry prior to the incident.

Since twitter, everyone seems to have more of an opinion on everything, and people seem angrier!!!

FAO: Franny

What bag?

Red Issue need a slap.

He tweets nothin different to any other chap with a celeb, or at a place if interest or with his family!

He's not on't sick and claiming benefits is he ? If he is I'm going to get t'Social on him.

Regardless of whether I follow him or not it's not going to change his behaviour. My point is he needs to decide whether he's committed to remaining a footballer or whether the celebrity he's become is now his thing

How can he be committed about remaining to be a footballer; he needs the medical all clear before he goes for it

Stupid of him to play on his holidays though

If he has celebrities flocking round him that want to befriend him because of his new celebrity status I have no problem with that. I am sure if the doctors give him the green light he will give his all

Why does he need to decide?

He was dead only a few months ago!

Love living!

The young lad was fucking dead for 78 minutes. It is a miracle that he is alive let alone functioning without a severe disability. FWIW his tweets now are no different than before.
