September 10, 201213 yr anyone see dragons den last night? http://www.lets-skinnydip.com/collections/all 3 kids run this company and turn 300k profit in 12 month mass produced shite from china sold at a premium in big outlets. fair play to them i guess but fuck me people buy some shite.
September 10, 201213 yr Author what cracked me up, was that the dragons dismissed the boxer because his idea could be copied. can pink headphones not be copied? has nobody done a union jack phone covers before? get to fuck. plus why couldnt they patent the boxers design now?
September 10, 201213 yr Wanderer on the panel this series. Wonder if we can put a pitch together for her to buy us a new manager.
September 10, 201213 yr Speaking of dragons den, how come when noballs posts, a picture of deborah neadham comes into my head?
September 10, 201213 yr Speaking of dragons den, how come when noballs posts, a picture of deborah neadham comes into my head? I've no idea as I've just googled her and we are probably about 10 years and a few stone different. But other than that, you're bob on.
September 10, 201213 yr I've no idea as I've just googled her and we are probably about 10 years and a few stone different. But other than that, you're bob on. No way are you in your early 60's!? Or do you mean the other way round? ps its not her looks as i havent got a clue what you look like
September 10, 201213 yr I don't know what she acts like. If she's a bitch with a swinging brick then yes of course you're bob on again.
September 10, 201213 yr Do you rub your index finger and thumb together in avarice? This is one of Deborah's traits, she should certainly avoid playing poker. EDIT: Actually thinking about it, I'm sure it's her second finger (more commonly known as the 'fingering finger') and thumb she rubs. Edited September 10, 201213 yr by Youri McAnespie
September 10, 201213 yr Unless No Balls says "I never invest and therefore...I am out" I wont be able to see any similarities.
September 24, 201213 yr Author here we go again. this ere kids rucksack. basically a rucksack with lots on compartments. WTF? the company made fuck all money iirc the idea could be copied very easily (if in fact it could be classed as an idea) i dont even think they had a catchy name their product was not cheap (£45) they didnt have any known characters on the design so it wouldnt appeal to kids. i dont think i would have given 5k personally out of my monety today. yet the dragons were falling over themselves last night to pump money into a kids rucksack. what did i miss? obviously come a little further than last night but here ya go http://www.traykit.co.uk/ contains a passport holder. you must be bloody mental to give a 5 year old the responsibility of minding their own passport in an airport. September 24, 201213 yr I think Bannatyne is only on the show now so that he can piss off Meaden with his catty little comments. Adds a nice little edge to the show. I'm still in.
September 24, 201213 yr The backpack is just the latest in a long line of Dragon's Den products that play on certain parents fears: "I don't want my kid to turn out fick so I'll chuck money (rather than time) at it..." It was however, only £45 and it did have an outside bottle pocket (so spills won't ruin the important documents inside) I'l bet Thomas Edison is spinning in his grave over not thinking up that innovation. It does baffle the investments they choose, the tit with the wet-look gel hair, was he really doing anything different than the four public schoolboys t'other week? The two sisters, another 'Reggae Reggae Sauce' perhaps? Disregarding the fact that whenever I've seen this product it's been retailing for about a £1 and/or in the bargain bins.. My thirteen year old nephew tried to go on this, all he wanted was £300 investment to buy a nine-bar - yet they escorted him off the premises and threatened to ring the police. No real support for young entrepreneurs - yet all the time in the world for chelsea tractor driving mummys with their hobby 'businesses' (bankrolled by their chinless idiot husbands no doubt).
September 24, 201213 yr £45??? The Dragons seemed to nod their heads in approval whist I thought, fuck me, what's up with a Hanbury's carrier bag these days?!
September 24, 201213 yr Their margin was only £11 too! Someone in that big tat gaff in China saw them coming...
September 24, 201213 yr Author Their margin was only £11 too! Someone in that big tat gaff in China saw them coming... my thoughts exactly
September 24, 201213 yr You could manufacture them cheaper in Britain... Nah Daz, nobody'd be able to get off their arses here to make that...............................
