The bellends off here who said last season they would be happy if we went down, so we could win a few games and have a few nice trips away, well you know who you are you dickheads are you happy now.

 

Fair-weather fan? I don't care if we win, lose or draw, I'll cheer on the Wanderers for the rest of my life regardless of what division we're in. I want us in the top division. There's no point to any of this without the aspiration to be as good as we can be. I haven't enjoyed this season as much as last because, while we've continue to underachieve and frustrate, nicking the odd point or three here and there in this league won't be enough to reach our goal. Last season, as shit as we were, it almost was. Accrington are going to have to improve drastically before I want to see us playing them home and away.

 

And if it's all just about the ale, nobody needs the football at all, do they?

At least this season, whoever we play, you wake up with the optimism that you can win on that particular day. Too many times in the premiership, you think, why am I bothering ? You only need to look at our away followings this year, compared to last.
