People are usually on the streets due to alcohol/drug abuse problems - one would suggest $160,000, given to somebody in this situation, will probably kill them quicker than hunger and the weather...

 

The guy only did the decent thing, he didn't even hand it in or owt - just gave it back. He could have been planning to exchange it for a nice fat rock of crack later that day, when he'd finished panhandling. Fucking hell, they could even be in cahoots on this shaggy dog story?
