It just so happens that most of those in the city happen to support Liverpool, and so it make them look so much worse, don't be fooled into thinking Everton are any better, they're fans are just the same it's just that they support a far smaller and less successful version of the same thing

Ignored when the away end is full but the stewards will get all billy big bollocks when only a few dozen turn up. Same as the 'no standing' rule.
