December 2, 201312 yr Indiependence is decent for all your indie music needs. Usually have a live act on a weekend and 2 other floors dedicated to Indie Also do 5 drinks for a £10. Its what used to be known as Stilettos titty bar Its down King Street west. Come out of Wigan Wallgate and turn left straight away. If you dont pull a hound in Wigan you certainly have a whiff of lavender about you.

Not been to Wigan in years. Court emporium, the playhouse, Cheers bar, tudor and the pier were my haunts years ago. Pretty sure most of them have gone now.

Not heard owt specific but he's still going strong as far as I can tell Of those only Tudor is still going unless I've only ever known the others by a different name. The Tavern, which used to be a decent pub, is now an (admittedly good) thai restaurant
