Good or bad idea? Ha! If we get some infrastructure to go with it, why not a few executive homes? It isn’t well used these days I expect the public footpath will be retained.

Could be diverted a bit, but can't be closed without particularly specific evidence (which there isn't at the moment) eg security/major crime etc. Would be a shame though, BN comments about the biodiversity and green belt status. The importance of which is becoming more understood daily.
